This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which BestPX issues refunds and how you can cancel
your subscription.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions, subject to:
- Request made within 7 calendar days of original purchase
- First purchase only — does not apply to renewals
- Account not terminated for policy violations
- Total bandwidth usage does not exceed 10 GB
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Subscription renewals (automated or manual)
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
- Payments made with credits or promotional offers
- Partial subscription periods after cancellation
- Purchases older than 7 days
4. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your BestPX account
- Navigate to Support → Submit Ticket
- Select "Billing" as the department
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide your account email and reason
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
5. Cancellation
- Service remains active until end of current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time
- Cancel via the Services page or support ticket
After cancellation, account data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
6. Chargebacks
Disputing a charge without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension. Please contact us first to
resolve billing issues.
