2. Lawful Use Only

You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. BestPX does not condone the use of our Service for illegal activity.

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1 Network Abuse:

• Unauthorized access to systems or data
• Distributing malware or harmful software
• Launching DoS/DDoS attacks
• Port scanning or IP spoofing

3.2 Content & Communication Abuse:

• Spam, phishing, or identity theft
• Child exploitation material (CSAM)
• Harassment, threats, or intimidation
• Content promoting violence or terrorism

3.3 Intellectual Property:

• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Circumventing DRM systems

3.4 Fraud:

• Financial fraud or money laundering
• Identity theft or impersonation

4. Fair Usage

• Do not consume excessive bandwidth or resources
• Do not run commercial hosting through our VPN
• Do not resell VPN access without authorization
• Respect concurrent connection limits

5. Enforcement

• Warning: First-time minor violations
• Suspension: Repeated or serious violations
• Termination: Severe violations — immediate and permanent, no refund
• Legal Action: We may cooperate with law enforcement

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
